Telesales & Customer Service Representatives
You probably know us best from our iconic brands like Tennent’s and Magners – but to our on-trade customers we’re so much more than that. We provide a huge range of branded alcoholic drinks and bar accessories to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the country. AND we need you!
We are looking for Telesales & Customer Service Representative’s to join our fantastic Customer Contact Centre team. Based in the Wellpark office - with the ability to work agile.
We have full and part time roles avilable either fixed term or permanent roles
So what’s involved?
You are at the front line of our Telesales & Customer Service for the team and no 2 phone calls will be the same. You will spend a lot of your day on the phone to customers, so you’ll need to friendly, positive telephone manner and be able to build a rapport quickly.
The industry is going through a challenging time right now and this can be frustrating for customers, so you’ll need to understand how to diffuse heated conversations and quickly win the trust of the customer. A strong mentality and a real positive attitude are required to support our customers.

What you’ll need:
Experience of working in a high-volume contact centre environment, in either a sales, customer service role, or debt collection.
Experience of working in an on-trade environment (e.g. bartending experience) would be helpful in understanding the challenges customers sometimes encounter however not essential – any experience with working with customers is great.
Good IT skills
A warm, friendly professional telephone manner
A conscientious approach to work, with the drive to find solutions and continually improve the experience for our customers
