Credit Control Team Leader (x2)
Exciting Times! Our Accounting Services function is going through an expansion and we are looking for 2 (two) hands-on Credit Control Team Leader to assist the Credit Control Team Manager with leading and developing the team - delivering a best-in-class service to our suppliers & customers.
So what’s involved?
As Credit Control Team Leader, you will have a hands-on role with your team to ensure everyone is trained to standard on all processes which will allow the team to achieve cash & KPI targets whilst maintaining the fantastic relationships we’ve got with our customers.
Other parts of this role will include making sure customer billing preferences are maintained, credit policies are followed closely & accurately and ensure the prompt (and accurate!) allocation of payments received.
You’ll be building relationships with our customer base but also need to build effective relationships with all departments within C&C Group to ensure we provide a best-in-class customer service experience.
What you’ll need:
We’d like to see your extensive experience as a credit controller preferably with some form of leadership or advanced duties. Part of this role will be to lead, develop and most importantly motivate the credit controllers so we are not only delivering on our targets but also making sure our customers feel a part of the family.
Of course, you’ll also need to be advanced with Excel & your communication skills not only with your team but with customers’ needs to be first-class!
