Operations Administrator Night Shift

Role Summary

As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for contributing to all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of all operational activity at the Newbridge site. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll manage processes and systems in order to ensure effective and accurate administration. Providing the highest level of customer service, logistical reporting and site governance records keeping.

Key Accountabilities

  • To maintain the administration of financial and stock related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to evidence efficient and compliant control of the day to day operation.
  • The prompt and accurate processing of delivery and warehouse exception data. Reporting, and where appropriate investigating, rates of failure and success.
  • Adapt to a strong customer centric culture.
  • To provide routine stock checks and audits. Supporting and working closely with the central demand planning department.  
  • Ensure all required management information and stock statistics are prepared, maintained and updated in accordance with the required format and time deadlines.
  • To complete and maintain HR reporting for the depot in order to provide the central HR team and local management with control information.
  • Enable capture and process of the agreed KPI data to monitor service and operational performance.
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are maintained and operated in a safe and effective manner. Meeting any external statutory requirements along with internal company policy.
  • Undertake any other duties as can reasonably be associated with the role of Operations Administrator or any other duties as assigned by the Company in line with your abilities and the needs of the business.
