HR Advisor – Supply Chain
C&C Group plc is a premium drinks company which owns, manufactures, markets and distributes a unique portfolio of beer and cider brands in our home markets and across the globe.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, with a core focus on employee relations, performance management, and ethical audit compliance. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you’ll be focused on supporting our (7) Distribution Depots & leadership team.
This is a full time role, with flexibility around working pattern.
So what’s involved?
You will support and coach managers throughout the business to deliver our People needs, including absence management, disciplinaries & grievances, performance management, annual performance review cycles, succession planning, recruitment activity and assist with the response to any external related audits.
You will take a consultative approach, and training delivery will be an important part if your role as we aim to up-skill our managers and are committed to improving the confidence and ability of our managers throughout the business to get the best from their teams.
With administrative and specialist support from our People Services team, you’ll be free to concentrate on delivering for your client group, and making yourself a trusted advisor to our Depots and operations team.
What you’ll need:
- Experience of working as a HR generalist in a fast-moving organisation
- CIPD qualification at Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels
