Customer Service Representative - Direct to Consumer - 12 months FTC
Home based initially – Wellpark once office however with the ability to work agile
You probably know us best from our iconic brands like Tennent’s and Magners – but to our on-trade customers we’re so much more than that. We provide a huge range of branded alcoholic drinks and bar accessories to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the country. AND we need you!
We are looking for Customer Service Representative’s to join our fantastic Customer Contact Centre team.
So what’s involved?
You are at the front line of Customer Service for the team and no 2 phone calls will be the same. You'll be the first the point of contact for our Direct to Consumer Channel, providing support with orders and customer service. You'll be handing customer enquiries via email and social media, live chat with customers who require support whilst navigating multipl chats concurrently when required.
The industry is going through a challenging time right now and this can be frustrating for customers, so you’ll need to understand how to diffuse heated conversations and quickly win the trust of the customer. A strong mentality and a real positive attitude are required to support our customers.

What you’ll need:
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage own time effectively
- Previous telesales or customer contact centre experience desirable
- Ability to follow and adhere to established processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport over email, social media, telephony and live chat
