So we’re excited to be recruiting for a new Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us continue to build on our success.
So what’s involved?
Working closely with our field sales team, you’ll develop great relationships with new and existing customers, and help them with queries and to resolve any issues.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for customer queries. Some questions will be easy to respond to. Others might require a bit more digging to find an answer or solution. Either way, you’ll be someone who takes ownership of issues and likes to see issues through to resolution, never losing sight of the end goal: to provide a great service.
In speaking to customers you’ll probably pick up on potential sales opportunities. Where it’s appropriate, you may be able to directly upsell other products in our portfolio. Alternatively you can pass potential leads on to the relevant person in field sales. Your Commercial colleagues may also get ask for your assistance to prepare quotes for customers.

What you’ll need:
- Experience in providing customer service support.
- Strong IT skills [Excel / Word etc.].
- Experience of customer relationship management (CRM) software would be helpful
- A postitive, can-do and flexible attitude.
- A tenacious approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving and multi-tasking.
