Customer Contact Centre Manager
We are looking for a Manager to lead our Customer Contact Centre in Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow. As Scotland’s favourite pint, the customer contact centre’s main aim is to continue to exceed the expectations of our customers and in turn, the wider business objectives.
So what’s involved?
As the Customer Contact Centre Manager you would be accountable for day-to-day management of the relationships between Tennents customer base, our internal depot networks and sales teams to meet agreed service levels. Through passionate leadership & commercial focus, you’ll also be involved in any forward planning or ad-hoc projects.
Some of the key tasks a good Customer Contact Centre Manager is involved in include management & guidance of the contact/ telesales teams, allowing for development of commercial skills within the team to deliver on distribution, volume & profit targets.
You’ll also work to continually grow & develop our On Trade customer order ledger, including projects for the development of the department and the business as a whole. This includes overall consistency and OTIF targets, where analytic skills are key to creating & understanding informative reports.
Our customer contact centre is a great development opportunity for the personnel who tirelessly provide sales support coordination, so you would also support the future progression of staff within the C&C Group.

You must have strong people management & communication skills including the ability to motivate, influence and build professional working relationships that will allow you and your team to achieve positive results.
It’s a fast-paced environment, so exposure to a customer contact centre/ telesales/ account management role would be a strong foundation as well as previous experience juggling multiple priorities for various stakeholders.
