Credit Control Administrator
Exciting Times! Our Accounting Services function is going through an expansion and we are looking for multiple Credit Control Administrators to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and credit controllers.
So what’s involved?
This role is all about processing customer credits associated with their accounts and addressing any internal/ external requests around the credit control process to make sure they are dealt with promptly.
This includes assigning sales invoices, working through recharges, using our claims management system (basically, following the processes) and assisting with inbound calls from customers that want to process card payments.
What you’ll need:
We’re looking for someone who has experience in an accounts department (or in finance), even as an administrator, and exposure to accounts receivable or out-and-out credit control. You’ll plan & prioritise your own workload as there is a SLA (service level agreement) in place so it’s fast-paced.
You’ll also need to be computer literate (intermediate to advanced Excel skills) and have a keen eye for detail given the accuracy of the work associated with accounts & finance.
