Exciting Times! Our Accounting Services function is going through an expansion and we are looking for multiple Cashiers to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and credit controllers.
So what’s involved?
This role is all about processing cash receipts associated with customer accounts to make sure product-orders are released and any outstanding debt can be chased by the credit controllers – put simply: allocating the money, accurately and on time!
You’ll also liaise directly with our amazing customers if there’s any outstanding remittance advices that we need, and be responsible for the administration of these tasks.
What you’ll need:
We’re looking for someone who has experience in an accounts department (or in finance), even as an administrator, and exposure to cash allocations. You’ll also plan & prioritise your own workload as there is a SLA (service level agreement) in place so it’s fast-paced.
You’ll also need to be computer literate (intermediate to advanced Excel skills) and have a keen eye for detail given the accuracy of the work associated with accounts & finance.
