Brand Activation Manager
Badaboom is a full service brand experience agency, they specialise in transforming brand campaigns into experiences that really engage with customers. We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to join our great team.
So what’s involved?
As Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Badaboom’s live projects, ensuring that live events, experiential builds and branded installs are of the highest standards. You will also support the Senior Brand Activation Manager in the building and maintaining of a robust database of ad-hoc crew to support the full time BAM team.
You will need great organisational skills for prioritisation of workload across multiple brands and keeping overlapping projects on time, on brand and on budget.
You will also have essential problem solving skills, both on and off event sites, reducing any unforeseen challenges and ensuring the end goal is achieved.
There will also be a need for Team Training, delivering any training to make sure the team are up to date on brands and projects.
This is a hands on role therefore you will have the desire and ability to ‘roll the sleeves up’ and lead the Activation Team from the front.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in being hands on to deliver live activity – competent in build, running and strike of events and activations
- People leader with management experience
- Good IT skills
- Full clean driving license and ability to drive LWB vancs
